Sorry! Please don't send me a request in any way because I will just delete it. Thank you for listening to me. K people. A few things have changed with this request form. To many people have applied for my layouts and then never used them. Some don't tell me their site names or the anime they want. Someone once even gave me the URL of someone elses site as their own. I'm sorry but I'm starting to get sick of this. I spend hours each day on these layouts and no one seems to use them save for a few. Please if your going to apply then read the rules: 1. You must plan on using the layout. This isn't just apply and bother me people. This is a I'm going to remodel and need a new layout. Look at the layouts in the free layouts section if you really can't find anything that doesn't work THEN come back and apply. I spend hours on these layouts. If you don't like it then would you please be courteous enough to tell me that you aren't going to use it? 2. You must fill out all of the form except for the comment box. You can choose on that. Any person who does not do this I will delete their application immdediatly. 3. You must fill out all of the forms right. No other persons URL's. No e-mail addy's that you hardly ever use. You must fill them all out right. Please do that I don't want to get in trouble again for putting someone elses site up on the requesters list with your name. It isn't so hard is it? 4. You cannot remove the sign at the bottom of the layout linking back to my site. If you do I will ask you to take down the layout. 5. Other people can use the layout just as long as they give me credit and link back to me. 6. In the comment box just type in 'Rules are Rules' and I'll know you've read the rules and agree to them. Thanks! 7. If you do not use the layout then it will be up for grabs and will be posted on the free layouts section. I'm sorry but I spend a lot of time on these layouts and if you aren't going to use them then I'll let other people. This section is now in trial mode. I'll see how everything works out and if people start using the layouts then I'll keep it up. But if things keep going as they are right now. Then this section will shut down.
